Painting and flooring is my specialty. I also do haul aways, yard work, demos, building, small electrical, and small plumbing. Ex. Fans, light fixtures, toilets, sinks. Base boards. Light cabinetry work. I go above and beyond and the job is NEVER done till the customer is happy. I will beat almost all competitors pricing. I have been doing all this work for the last 10 years. And have just recently started out as owner operated small handyman business.

"It started out great and fell apart when granite countertops arrived. Delivery guys broke the countertops into several pieces, which was in excess of $7,000.00. New granite was ordered and installed and several days later I noticed a separation Crack at the sink corner. It was clearly something that had been covered up because it was glued together to not be noticed. When I called to inform Southern Renovations about it it was not resolved because they said it couldn't be proved that it was something I did and not installers. Even after sending pictures clearly showing it wasn't an open Crack. I texted him several times and was ignored, finally giving up as it was clear they wouldn't stand behind their workers. My dream kitchen wasn't a dream at all."
