Robb was the consummate professional and was not pushy, or hard sell techniques. I watched the water tests and knew what was required and had a water softener installed the following day, plus, through choice, a reverse osmosis for clean drinking water which is awaiting instal when our new countertops are completed. From the first appointment with Rob (testing water) to installation of new equipment ( by Jonathan) everything was handled professionally. Each step was explained to our satisfaction. Best of all the equipment is performing flawlessly and we finally have the water we hoped for, that the old equipment didnâ t supply.
