Our entire family has been using Dymond Heating and Cooling for a number of years.  We are very pleased with the high level
of service we have received including the quality of personnel, timeliness, and value received. In this latest work I decided to install a new system vice servicing the present unit because of its age and condition. Dymond installed a Trane XR, 3 ton 15 SEER system this November.  The installation was very smooth.  It is obvious they are good at planning ahead especially
for these attic installed tear out and installation jobs.  The technicians Jeff and Leo first laid down floor protection all the way from the garage entrance to the attic portal.  They then disassembled the air handler and brought it down piece by piece being very careful not to damage walls or floors.  They then prepared the attic for the new system.  I didn?t expect this but they replaced some ductwork that was crumbling on the inside with new pieces.  They also insured the drain line was cleaned out and working as well as the overflow switches and wiring in the drain pan.   They then manhandled the new system into place and made all connections.  Finally, they installed the condenser unit on the exterior. Remarkably, they didn?t stop work until the whole job was complete, no breaks, and no lunch.  Seems they were driven to make sure I was without a/c for a minimum time.  The owner of the company stopped to check on the installation; another sign that this company is serious about customer satisfaction.  The system has been operating for a month now and I?ve enjoyed great performance and I?m very pleased that I decided to go with new instead of repairing old. 

Came out the morning of my service call as a new customer. They were prompt, polite and made me feel at ease. Checked my system for over 4o minutes before coming up with a diagnosis. I agreed to the repair and they would return in an hour with the parts. Came back in the hour. The installer told me he wanted to do some more troubleshooting. Came back and told me that he thinks that I had an anomaly in my system and that whatever was going on had corrected itself. He assured me that if the problem persisted they would come out and do the repair and waive the service call. 3 months later my system is working like a charm. Couldn't believe they didn't do a repair I agreed to bc they knew it might now be right for my unit. I will never use another company. They are amazing!

We arrived at the house after being away for a week and it waas 85 degrees. We called one company and waited 3 hrs...no return call. We called Dymond and they arrived within 2 hrs and had it fixed entirely within 30 minutes.

The AC went out at our Mary Kay training center and we had 70+ women there for facials and training... They came out right away... worked until he got the air running and then came back to finish the next day. Amazing service, Amazing responsiveness! Very grateful!

Our AC unit went out last weekend. We found out that we needed to replace the entire unit, which is expensive! So, we got quotes from multiple companies before meeting with Allan Dymond. I called Allan and he came over with in an hour and did a FULL analysis... including looking in the attic. He was able to BEAT ALL other competitor's prices for a BETTER QUALITY unit.
I called him on Sunday afternoon, expecting to leave a message and get a return call on Monday (normal business hours)... But, to my surprise, he called me right back and scheduled his team to come on Monday afternoon! Now, we are in a cool house all before dinner.

They did a great job. I spent $120 on their services and I thought it was reasonable. It was half of what somebody else was going to charge me. I would recommend them to my family members and friends. The first guy that came out didn't get things quite right but the owner came back and fixed everything a 100%. The original service was a new person and he missed something but the owner came back out and took care of it. The quality of the final job was good. I will absolutely use them again in the future if I need to.

This company was very prompt and courtious at a time when I needed them most. My A/C went out in the dead of summer. They replaced some of the coolant and valve caps on the back of the unit to prevent leakage.The next day the a/c didn't work again. The owner came out immediately to fix the relay switch for the fan.It's been working great ever since.

When the service truck drives up to the house and the company owner is behind the wheel chances are you are going to get great service. The owner has a vested interest in customer service and Dymond Heating and Cooling is absolutely tops in that regard. My first experience with Allan was to service our home A/C as well as the A/C in our rental properties. We learned of him from a referral. Allan answers the phone himself or returns calls promptly. He arrives on the job when scheduled. If he gets delayed for any reason he will call and let you know when he will get there. You are never left wondering where he is and when he’s going to arrive. He is a very smart technician who can diagnosis and repair quickly. He has kept our units running efficiently and this is especially critical for rental property since happy tenants are more likely to stay put and pay rent. This month we decided to replace the A/C system in a house we recently bought. Allan gave us a very competitive bid and together with his record of first-rate performance he earned the contract. This was a difficult installation since he had to remove the old unit from the hot summertime attic and re-engineer the placement of the Trane evaporator unit, wiring, plumbing and duct work. This was not just a pull the plug on the old unit and plug in a new one; he carefully planned the installation and successfully completed the work flawlessly within the agreed time frame. We are now enjoying the comfort of a high-efficiency A/C system and also have the comfort of knowing that Dymond Heating and Cooling will be there to provide the after sales support he does so well.
