They do a very thorough job. They do the outside and inside units. He was here for an hour or so. I think he added some stuff to my air conditioner. They're very reasonable. I've been using them for several years.

Punctual, professional, curtious, knowledgeable, quick.
Called before arriving as promised. Arrived on time. Listened to exactly what I needed. Did not add on or give me any sale pitch.
Made sure I knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to make sure the thermostat was working correctly and I knew how to operate it. (Even though I had bought it myself and asked him to install).
No complaints. Straight forward and honest manner.
I will call him again in the future when my A/C needs servicing again.
