It went beautifully. He was courteous. He did extra things that we didn't ask him to do. He did things that we even haven't thought about, things that we wanted to do and he took care of it. We were very happy with him. He was clean. He left the place very neat and we were very highly satisfied with him. We're very pleased. His work was very professional. He made a bunch of suggestions about things that we plan to do in the future, what we could do. It seemed like he was trying to cut back as much on expenses. The price was reasonable for what he did. We plan to use him again in a few weeks.

This property was vandalized and Brian made it shine and the neighbors very happ;y. Brian provided the most reasonable bid and is very pleasant and knowledgeable. For all the items on the list, he diligently worked through them all in four days. Showed up on time and very professional throughout the process.
