Andrew arrived on time and gave me the same run down of what he planned to do. He worked on my carpet for roughly four and a half hours. He literally was on his hands and knees pulling single stands of carpet working with different chemicals to try and get the ink out. He did an incredible job...he's not a magician...we had realistic expectations, but he got a great deal of the ink out and we will not need to replace the carpet thanks to him!!! To date I haven't had a carpet cleaner that I have stuck with - I definitely do now. I would recommend him again for a myriad of reasons, expertise and professionalism being at the top of the list.
