carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreAndrew arrived on time and gave me the same run down of what he planned to do. He worked on my carpet for roughly four and a half hours. He literally was on his hands and knees pulling single stands of carpet working with different chemicals to try and get the ink out. He did an incredible job...he's not a magician...we had realistic expectations, but he got a great deal of the ink out and we will not need to replace the carpet thanks to him!!! To date I haven't had a carpet cleaner that I have stuck with - I definitely do now. I would recommend him again for a myriad of reasons, expertise and professionalism being at the top of the list.
Description of Work: The preface the emergency need to have them out... my boxer had gotten a hold of a Rollerball Liquid Ink Pen and chewed if up on the carpet while my husband and I were not home. There was ink all over our kitchen tile (which we could clean) and the carpet - which we knew needed a professional. I spoke with Andrew and he gave me advice on what to do immediately and what he'd do when he got there.
