Daniel Pereira Inc

First of all, I want to say how incredibly happy we are with Daniel and his crew of men who worked on our floor.  From the beginning when Daniel came to our house to give us an estimate to the end when they moved our furniture back and got everything put back in place to handling issues like a floor that isn't perfectly level, they were professional throughout and knew how to handle any problems.  Daniel gave a very competitive price and after now seeing the quality of the work, we couldn't be more thrilled.  He returned our call promptly to set up an appointment to come and give an estimate and then upon acceptance was able to begin about a week later.  They spent the first day covering everything and then removing the old tile and baseboards.  The next days were spent installing the new rectified tile and baseboards.  They worked very long days, including Saturday, and without interruption until completion.  They cleaned up at the end of the day each day and were very respectful of our home.  We are recommending them to a friend who is also replacing their floor in the near future.

My experience with this company has been excellent. This guys showed on time every day and they were very respectful. Just wanted to say thank you for such a great job and experience.

Daniel responded rapidly with a request for a quotation. We made requests to four companies in total, two never showed to

provide an estimate, and one came to the house, but did not provide an estimate- it makes one wonder how people like that stay in business. For us Daniel was the ultimate in professionalism. We visitied his store, picked the tiles we wanted and confirmed the estimate.
 As this was work to be done on an insurance claim, once we finalised the claim we called Daniel and his team responded within a few days.  Excellent company to deal with.

Came on time, finished the work as agreed, they are very clean and conduct them selves very profesionally.  Also, their cost was very acceptable and lower than everyone else but with lots of quality.

Let me start by saying that I have never done this before.  Anyone who is thinking about installing new flooring in the Tampa Bay area needs to contact Daniel Pereira, Inc. I have never been so impressed with the quality of service offered by any company. I began looking for a company to install ceramic time throughout my entire house. I stumbled across Daniel Pereira, Inc and I was immediately impressed by their website. It had video testimonials and pictures of their work. When I called to get a quote they sent it to me via email immediately. We scheduled a time to come see the house and they arrived early. They treated me with the utmost respect and told me about every aspect of the job so that I knew what was required. Their price was competitive so I accpeted the bid. They arrived on work day, covered all of my things with plastic and began working on the job. Throughout the entire process they made sure to keep my house clean and respect my privacy. They finished ahead of schedule and they did an outstanding job. The grout lines were perfect! They put all of my furniture back and left the house like it was when they arrived, with the exception of a beautiful new floor. These guys did a great job and I have already referred them to a few friends and family. You will be happy if you choose Daniel Pereira, Inc.

I searched the entire web and had over 8 different installation firms in our home to gi ve us estimates. I knew immediatly when Vinny from Daniel Pereira, Inc. Came into our home they were the company for us. With many scam companies out there it is very hard to determine who will do a great job and who will take your deposit and never show up for the job. He sent us by email a confirmation of the appointment time, and the follow up invoice for the work discussed was in my inbox that evening... His team was here early in the morning and worked until 9 pm to get the job done. They went beyond our expectations and when we did our final walk-thru we could not find any issues or problems with their installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.... Our floor is beautiful, our install was very difficult due to sloping back floors on the house. They made sure that the entire floor was leveled and it looks awesome. We are in the real estate business and have been with Charles Rutenberg for many years, I will recommend them to all our clients as well.... Hats off to you and your team.... You are GREAT

Vinny and his workers came in and treated our house as if it was their own.  They took care to put up dust barriers before they removed the old tile, and worked some long hours to get the job done as quickly as possible. 

They did an excellent job, were friendly, punctual and left the house cleaner than when they showed up.

I couldn't be happier with the experience or the finished product.  I will defintely use them again we we remodel our bathroom.  I can't recommend them enough.  Great job!
