When Colossus was done the sand between many of the thin pavers was blown out. There were big holes and gaps between the pavers. I called C&D Thin Pavers (where I bought the pavers) and asked them how this could happen. They said the pressure washer used "full power" when he should have used a lower power to clean the pavers. Later, I pointed this out to Colossus showed their technician the damage he had done. The guy just laughed at me and said "You didn't seal the pavers. That's why the sand got blown out". The fact is, as I mentioned above, the pavers WERE professionally sealed in September of 2010. Colossus didn't apologize or offer to help fix the problem. He just laughed at me and accused me of being at fault for the damage he caused.
Description of Work: I asked Colossus Industrial Pressure Wash to pressure wash my patio which is covered with thin pavers. These pavers were professionally installed and professionally sealed in September of 2010.
