I had called the first 6-7 providers recommended on Angie's List. I'd already looked up the cost of simply buying a headlight for my 2008 Mini Cooper and knew it was about $24 plus tax, so I was aware of the cost of the light itself. Everything else, I knew, would be labor. 
Prices ranged from around $80- almost $150-  until I contacted Damon at Christian Autoworks. He quoted me $50 and further, said it might be less if putting in the light was quick and easy (it was). 
With tax and all that added in, it came to  $52.00 AND he checked the car out thoroughly, as I explained my daughter and I were taking a road trip next week. 
I should say, there's a Christian Autoworks a bit closer to me, as I  live in New Tampa. 
I've been in there before and found their prices high. That was NOT the case in Land o' Lakes, so I jumped on I-75 and was there in only a few extra minutes. 
The repair took far less than 30 min- 15 to 20 min would be closer, and I was signing paperwork and out the door. 
I highly recommend them!

Tire replacement was suggested by the shop and the service was performed. However, the shop replaced two tires with tires not specified for the vehicle. This was discovered when the remaining two tires were quoted by a different shop not affiliated with Christian Brothers. While it is not much of a difference in aspect ratio, it is not a recommended size for this passenger car. This is not professional behavior.

They are wonderful and very honest. Their prices are very comparable. I will continue to use them.

Christian Brothers examined the brakes as well as the rest of the vehicle and advised that the brakes were in excellent shape requiring no repair. Advised that idler arm bushing did need replacement and provided a very fair price for the repair which was completed in a short period of time. I was impressed that they could have gone along with my incorrect assumption of bad brakes and soaked me for a needless repair but instead were honest in their assessment. I will continue to use this company and recommend them without reservation.

d to take thei adviceNot only was the service started as scheduled, they finished ahead of time. The work included taking the inside panels off the doors and replacing the electronic things that were worn out, They cleaned all of my windows,inside and out. They were efficient, the waiting area pleasant and when I asked them to look at the oil leak, they did that. When completed the estimate for repair/replacement was significant. The gentleman suggested that given the age of the car, how frequently they see this problem in the Focus, they recommended that since the leak was small enough and the car old enough. Replacing it was not worth the expense. Clearly I was willing to pay for the repair, and they would have gladly done it. But, We decided to take their advice and wait. Several other things went wrong and we got rid of the car in August. It is rare that a repair shop will not jump at the chance to and quot;repairand quot; any and everything they can find. That the staff at Christian Brothers recommended that the overall condition of the car made repairing the oil leak a waste of money, tells me they are rare and very trustworthy.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! VERY HONEST ! While traveling on Hwy 54 in Land O Lakes my car started making a horrible noise, my timing belt busted, (I knew it was past due, I have a 2000 Camry with 91,000 miles on it.). I pulled it into Christian Brothers Automotive parking lot, at which time my water pump failed and emptied out in their parking lot.
I made a few quick calls to comparison shop the repair costs. I found Christian Brothers to be very fair and reasonable on their prices. I had the water pump, timing belt, and seals replaced and an existing oil leak fixed.They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions
Larry, the owner is a great guy to deal with, he transported me to my house and picked me up when the repair work was done.
They were very accommodating , reasonable priced, and most important HONEST. I plan to definitely use them for future car repairs.

The Mazda dealer only found three mounts and this company found a fourth one that also needed replacing. They were able to replace all of them. They gave me a quote and they stuck to it. The price was fairly low for the work. It was the lowest quote I had gotten. They were really nice people. I was satisfied.

Everything was performed as per instructed with NO up-selling.
