Bud's Tree Service

There were small trees that I requested be dug up, which he cut down instead. I have a small decorative palm tree that I advised him not to touch, which he trimmed and stripped anyway. There's a broken branch hanging in a large tree which I purchased his service to remove, only to find out he was unable to do it. He also refused to remove dead branches from another tree, exclaiming that they would simply fall off in time as a vain excuse to avoid doing the work. He took my lawnmower and began to cut my yard which we never discussed, nor did I request of him to do so. On the first day after the initial service, he had to leave and practically begged for me to pay him some of the money up front, explaining that he would return to finish the work. I adhered to his request, and the following day he pulled the same routine, which inevitably resulted in him avoiding me and never returning. He also swiped my rake by "mistake", and has yet to return my property, resulting in myself having to purchase another one. The few times I did get a hold of him, he provided me with excuses and false promises of guaranteeing to finish the work and return my property, which he never did.
