Quoted me $200 for what is about 15 minutes work. When I ask why it would cost so much, he became irate and rude. I remained calm. When I asked why he was so upset, he became more irate and hung up the phone. I was never rude or in any manner negative.

Invoice $7500.00. Entire amount paid in full prior to work completed due to Bob claiming he lost his wallet. He blew the outlet of stove and had replace the cord of a brand new stove. He left all the old knob and tube wiring and boxes in the basement with the new wires. He did not replace the old wiring to the laundry room which pavers were laid over the trench and I now have a new quote to rewire the dryer and add a electric box to the detached building per code for $2500.00. I have not had a dryer in 2 weeks. He did not pull a permit for the entire project and did not put an outlet in the front of home per code. Finally, he charged me an additional $700.00 w no receipt or invoice provided after multiple voice messages and texts to determine what the additional $700.00 covered. Do not hire this man.

He told me on the phone there was a service charge of $50 for coming out to my home and $60 for an hour. I told him about the problem on the phone and he came out and gave me the contract. After I signed it, he said there was no way something could be wrong with both ballast and that I probably put the bulbs in wrong. He was there 15 minutes and just took the bulbs out and screwed them back in. I informed him that he could've told me this over the phone and he blew up at me and began pointing to the contract and yelling profanities at me. He said some very offensive things to me and was screaming as he walked out of my home for all my neighbors to hear. I still paid him the $110 but just wanted to inform him it would've been courteous to tell me this over the phone. I just had a $110 learning experience of who not to call the next time I need an electrician. His customer service is beyond horrible!

It was bad. The rotary iron is from Germany and requires a specific plug and voltage (220). I told him this. He went to buy a plug, installed it and of course not only did the plug not fit, it didn't have the right voltage to it! He did put in the right washer and dryer plugs though.
