They were very professional from beginning to end. They moved a used pool table I bought from the seller's house to mine, and Jordan noticed one of the slates were cracked. He offered to have it replaced on a very reasonable price and they executed the job perfectly. Jordan was very honest about the cloth and bumpers still being good and never tried to push me something I didn't need. I'd definitely hire Billiard Man again.

Jordan and his assistant were extremely pleasant and punctual. I actually called bc I thought our rails were due to be replaced, but Jordan was very honest and said that they were in good shape and would last for a couple more years.

Billiard Man was excellent!  They returned my call promptly, confirmed appointment day before, and arrive on time.  They were on time, clean and well dressed.  They paid attention to every detail, measuring multiple times so table was positioned correctly in the space.  They went straight to work and didn't dilly dally.   Jordan was very knowledgeable and passionate about his work as he should be.  I'd hire them again for sure!

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the real Billiard Man! I called him because we were in a pinch and needed our table disassembled within 24 hours due to tile being installed and we ran into a bit of an issue with the tiling company. They said they could move it for us but ended up not having the proper equipment. I called The Billiard Man LLC and he made arrangements to come out to our house that same evening and have the table disassembled. Mind you, this was after hours! I explained my situation and he was more than willing to work with me! (What a relief!!) he was SO amazing! My table is my baby and so I rarely trust anyone with it. He showed up, eased my mind and got to work. He was so quick with disassembling it and set it very carefully in the garage. He was super organized and he was also very fun to have in our home. He gave me an amazing deal on disassembling the table, so much so that I will 100% be calling him back to reassemble and reclothe the table! He was very knowledgeable and honest. Such a pleasure to work with. This is the ONLY person I will trust with my pool table. If you value your table, I HIGHLY recommend you call him to take care of your needs. Everything went perfectly!!!!   Jordan was great from the first phone call.   They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable.  Uncrated the slate pieces from our previous out of state move and removed debris, thank you!  The table looks beautiful. 

Would use Jordan again and would absolutely recommend them!!

They were knowledgeable and professional.  They arrived on time and got the work done quickly and properly.  

Jordan was great from the start. Knows his stuff and takes pride in doing pristine work. He came out and let me know what was needed and gave me a quote. From there he took the bumpers with him and scheduled to come back in a few days to do the rest. Which he did and did it all in an hour! The table looks great.

There are many examples of care they gave to our table.  For me, it was obvious to see that they wanted to do their best and their best was beyond my expectations.  As an example, our last assembler didn't do a very good job, the felt was not tight and was cut without leaving very much material to allow for stretching and reassembly.  Despite that, Jordan worked the felt until it was secured and tight, in better condition than it was prior to the move!  
He and his team also moved the ping pong table and other equipment downstairs, offering to move other furniture if we needed their help.  
Bottom line:  They were amazing.  The detail they gave to the job, and pride in their work that they demonstrated are beyond an "A" rating.  I would recommend them for ANY job involving billiard tables without any hesitation.

They were very punctual, professional, friendly, and informative.
It turned out to be more expensive than expected, but my table was about 15 years old had been in storage for awhile and they demonstrated why the rails were needing to be updated.  They took the old rails with them and had them reworked and delivered/installed the next week, just as they had told me.
The level is guaranteed for 60 days, and I noticed some slight movement of the balls.  (It was installed on a new rug, which might have caused some uneven settling).  They came back out within a couple days of when I called, and it was indeed off (but only barely).  They tweaked the level and it's great.
They were very friendly and I'd recommend them to anyone.  They also often have used pool tables and accessories for sale.  (I got a cue rack).
