Bert's Landscape & Hauling

The entire project took 2 days, included the roof, house, double level wooden deck w railings, cement slab that holds the spa, the front walk and driveway. Bert spent one day on the roof as there was a specific process to clean while protecting the quality of the shingles. The pressure washing of the rest was completed on the second day. I was so impressed with the care and diligence He took with each area of our home (including pressure washing my grandson's swing hanging from the tree! [not included in the estimate!] )  Bert also asked me to do a walk around and see if there were any areas I was not satisfied with so he could address them. There was no rush to complete, just intent on meeting our expectations!

The result was amazing. Everyone who has seen the finished project questioned why we would paint a house that looks like new!!!  We need only paint the wooden trim on the soffit, a few touch up on the stucco. Our estimate was that the cost of painting our entire home would be nearly $2000. We are calling our decision to hire Berts one of our best and, the first contractor selected in 12 years who was not found on Angies List!!! Yes, this is our first and our pleasure to add Berts Landscape and Hauling to Angies List. And, recommend that Bert is going to have to expand his business name to include "House Scape" services!
