Bay Area Sliding Door Repairs

We paid $250 for one door to be adjusted so it slides smoother. It didn't slide any smoother and now it's really bad. They are not answering their phone not responding to emails. If they want to get in touch with me and make it right I'd be happy and I'd give them a better score but the fact that I can't even get in touch with anybody is pretty upsetting.

I am so appreciative of Bob and his sons Ross and Brent. They went over and above to fix my 27 year old HEAVY pocketing sliding doors. Bob was great to talk to when explaining the job. and was exceedingly willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. Ross and Brent viewed the job and quoted me a very reasonable price right from the start; unlike a few other companies who gave a random quote over the phone, sight unseen. When Ross and Brent came out to do the job; they worked for a few hours only to find out that the parts they had thought would work - didn't. So they had to order different parts. It was about a 2 week wait; and that's solely because I am only able to be home at specific times; and again - they did everything they could to accommodate it. On the 2nd appointment; they got right to work and got my doors moving as if they were brand-new. They even switched out a handle for me on a DIFFERENT sliding door; and installed a couple of locks on it. They stuck to the price that was quoted; even with the 2nd visit and all the extra work they had to do. They were polite; respectful and diligent. I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs a job done and done right.

I needed to have two sliding glass doors repaired. They responded to my HomeAdvisor request promptly and were very flexible with appointment times. The team did a great job on repairing the doors and they were able to complete the job quickly.

I had a sliding glass door leading to the pool that was installed in 2014 that had become difficult to open/close. The company replied to my request almost immediately and set a repair date for 1:00 pm the next day. Since the repair team was ahead of schedule they called to see if they could come early, which was a yes. They arrived at about 11:30 and went right to work on replacing the rollers on the movable panel. By noon, they were done with everything including checking alignment and telling me tips on maintenance. The price they charged was exactly what was quoted they previous day. Both members of the crew were friendly and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. I would definitely use this company for this repair if I ever needed it again, which I shouldn't based upon their warranty.

The tech (Stan) was very thorough and worked quickly. He worked on a Sunday and showed up on time. Replaced rusty wheels. Highly recommended.

They were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They cleaned the track, repaired the track, and replaced the rollers on three sliding doors in 45 minutes. The doors never worked better. I can't tell you how happy I am with the project.

Excellent service all around. Mr. Bob Jennings, the owner, returned my call immediately. He was able to diagnose my door issue over the phone. Other contractors were wanting to replace my door. There was nothing wrong with the door itself, just the door track. The technicians Ross & Logan arrived promptly and completed the track replacement within 30 minutes. I couldn't be happier.

The guys were very polite, professional, knowledgeable about what they were doing and answered all of my questions. They gave me a day and time they would be out and said they would call me 30 minutes before coming and they did just that. I love a reliable company and one that keep their word.
