Description of Work: Arthur saved my flatscreen TV after a power surge knocked out the screen. We was punctual, informative and did the repair quickly. So happy that I'll get more use from my TV and it won't go to the recycler!

Description of Work: Repair to 50" flat screen tv. He responded the same day. Gave an estimate which we approved. The work was completed in a little over an hour in our house. He was less expensive on his service fee for coming to the house than others were for bringing the tv to their shop. What a convenience.

Description of Work: I was very angry, becasue he told me he could come and then never called me, when I finally reached him, he said I lived too far. I asked why didn't you say that in the first place? Disgusted!!!
