Arthur's In-Home TV Repair

My outdoor tv picture went completely out. I called Arthur and he came out to my house and diagnosed the problem. He took the Tv back to his shop since he had to order the parts that were damaged. (This was not an easy tv to repair) He called a few days later to let me know he fixed the problem and even resealed the tv for me for outdoor use. He brought the tv back to the house helped me set it up and it works great. Was more than a fair price for his services and he has excellent customer service. Would recommend him anytime. Arthur came to our home and diagnosed the issue in little time. He took the offending part with him and returned when it was done! Very easy, all costs were laid out plainly and the work was done well and quickly. Would definitely hire again!!

My TV repair ended up being kind of complicated. Arthur was very diligent in trouble-shooting and came back twice until the issue was resolved.

Our TV is 15 years ago and was no longer turning on that well. Arthur came out and did a thorough check and unfortunately, due to age, could not be fixed. We appreciated how prompt Arthur responded to our request and came to the house to see if he could fix. I would contact Arthur again if we have television issues.

Our 46” Samsung LCD works fine now. Arthur was prompt and very professional and clear with the work he had to do.

Great service. He scheduled an appointment just a day or 2 after my initial call. Arrived at the house on time and completed his work in about an hour. Prices were reasonable and he took a few extra steps to make sure the problem was taken care of before leaving. It's been a couple of months since his visit and my TV continues to show no signs of the initial problem. Would definitely use his service again.

My Samsung Smart TV started turning on and off by itself. I found this to be a not uncommon happening to many smart TV's or other such electronics. Various reasons were given on the internet. Various "cures" were given - none effective. I called Arthur after pricing a new TV. He was prompt, professional, worked right in my home as advertised. Stayed with my problem and solved it. It took some time in my case, but instead of replacing a New 55 inch Smart TV, I have my old - like new - TV for $250.00. He replaced the mother board, the power source, cleaned everything, diagnosed everything, explained all and counseled that I was better off with this old model and fixing than with total solid state newer models because the parts can't be replaced. Works great. Did have to wait a few days for the new mother board, but it beats the potential $1000+ or more output depending on bells and whistles. He's honest, informative, and price friendly. Many repairs can be finished right in the house same day.

He gave a very reasonable cost to fix the TV as compared to quotes that I received from other places. He clearly explained what board had failed, cost and duration to get a new one and called me and came over promptly once the part was received. Efficient in house servicing.

Parts did not work first time but ordered parts for 2nd time. All worked well.

It took 2 visits to repair. On the first one Arthur diagnosed the problem and had to order a part in order to do the repair. He was punctual, professional and explained what needed to be done. He returned as soon as he got the part and installed it. We were pleased with his work and work ethic. It was nice to not have to take the TV to a shop for repairs.

The sound issue was repaired but unfortunately a flyback transformer is needed on my additional set and the part is now obsolete based on old technology no longer being manufactured! Supply and demand!

My large screen plasma tv went black. He took it off my wall and figured it out in a few minutes. It took a few days to get the part but the tv is like new

He came over and checked it out and said it would likely need a new power board. He told me he would call with a price when he checked to see if parts were available for a reasonable price. He called me a day later and quoted a price and told me that if that did not fix the problem, there would be no charge. He took the set and returned it a day later. It powers up and works fine. This was a very nice experience. Arthur knows his stuff and does a very good job informing the customer about the extent of the potential problem, the approximate price to fix it and then delivering on his promise to fix the set in a timely manner. I'd call him again without hesitation. An excellent transaction !

Arthur was great! He was very professional and really nice. I have an older Vizio 50 inch plasma HD TV, and the picture went out. I was pretty worried after searching the internet; it seems this was common for the unit and sometimes it couldn't be easily fixed. I called Arthur late in the day, and he offered to come that day. Wow! I wasn't expecting thatI I asked if he could come out the next day instead, and he said it was no problem. He did a thorough inspection of the TV and showed me what was wrong. He took the board back to the workshop to replace all the blown pieces, and came back the next day to install It. It worked like a charm!  I can't tell you how thrilled I was; I like my TV and really didn't have the time or the money to go out and buy a brand new one. Thousands saved and my TV fixed in under 24 hours. Arthur is the best!
