Not well at first then sent some guy that did not know what he was doing, saying my tank had a leak and it did not when checked again. I just told the company not to send him again. The others that came were very professional and very apologetic. And the return call was poor but I finally got that taken care of. As far as the company goes I think they are good but just need some employee teaching about there product or there contact with customers. It was a long drawn out process just to get a new account started and to fill the tank. But I am ok with then so far now.

It was fine. The workers were good. I would tell a friend to use them.

the service man showed up between the times that were stated to me. He worked for 1 1/2 hrs trying to repair my water heater.  He did a great job at trying to make it work.

n the Service was performed on time but when it came to putting in the new unit, he somehow managed to mess up the 110 amp line and then insisted that the new stove needed an extension cord to feed the electronic controls. NOT if he had done his job right. The electric outlet was there right behind the stove and rather than own up to his mistake and fix it, he lied. He also messed up one of the gas selectors, ordered a new one and then bent the valve stem when he installed it. Overall, a very sad experience.

The two gentlemen from Heritage Propane who showed up to do the initial inspection of the gas equipment in our new home were professional and friendly, and did a good job, despite the fact that the people we spoke to on the phone seemed to not care whether they had our business or not.  (Changing gas companies requires paying a lot to the current company to remove their equipment and then paying the new company to install theirs.)  We paid for the service on the same day and we have the receipt to prove it.  Shortly afterwards we received a second bill, and after several phone calls -- during which the HP reps confirmed that the extra charges were a mistake -- we received a third bill with a late fee.  It has now been three months and we have called them several times, and we are still getting phone calls and letters from Amerigas, who is apparently their parent company and who does their fee collecting.  We have NOT had a good experience with either of these companies.

It is fine. I have never had any problems. It is very easy. I just bring the empty tanks and exchange them for full ones. I have gotten tanks from other places that were all pinned up but their tanks seemed to be pretty new. I use them four to five times a week.

They were charging higher per gallon for smaller volume-users. Their service wasn't great, and I didn't like being charged a higher rate for using less. I have found a different company.

We were pretty pleased overall. We went with a tank we would own ourselves rather than leasing, and they were open to that. Their pricing was up-front and in writing, which we appreciated. They came when they said they would, which was appreciated given our tight schedule with completion of the pool. My one criticism would be that I don't believe they did a terrific job of making sure our lawn was level when they left. Wasn't a huge deal though and we never called them about it. We've been happy with the tank and gas service ever since. We priced two other companies and they were the best price. I would use them again.
