Apologies for light details, and my approximate cost is probably off, but I felt compelled to leave a review. The work was actually performed back in the beginning of the year. However, I postponed getting the city inspection done until the last minute, which Alpha reminded me of. So obviously they are on top of their books.
I do recall the owner coming out to do some of the work as it was cold and I had no heat and he had an employee call out of work. A+!
It may seem the ratings are bloated but I truely have nothing bad to say about this service. Prompt, knowledgeable, affordable. And they were recommended by my trusted contractor.

I CALLED ON SATURDAY MORNING AND THEY CAME BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT LOWERING THE UNIT DOWN FROM THE ROOF. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
