Phil called to confirm and arrived on time. He spent about 4 hours inspecting the house,inside and out. Before he left he discussed his report and showed us all the problems that he'd found. That evening we had the entire report sent by email along with all of the pictures that he'd taken. He gave us many valuable suggestions regarding getting the house ready of sale. I have already recommended him to friends.
