Very professional - offering a variety of days for scheduling and was on time for the job! I can't say enough good things about every aspect of this company's owner and the job performance. The gables looked like they were freshly painted and the rest of the house is totally clean. I had no idea it could look this good after a 22 year old paint job!!! Edwin was flexible with me vis- a- vis the Angie's list description and I really appreciated it so very much. We are retired and on a real budget, but I would do this again in a flash and will have Edwin back another time and I will pass out the brochures and business cards I asked for to my friends and any business I have in acquaintance. Edwin, God speed and thank you very much!

in a word - WOW. Not only did he wash the sides of the house, I swear he POLISHED the Lanai pavers and porch tile and got off all the crud that seemed to be imbedded in the screens.

Edwin and Carlos worked efficiently and thoroughly, cleaning our pool deck and screened enclosure. I was impressed with their ability to synchronize the various tasks needed to complete the washing procedure quickly and with excellent results. Both were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work which is not always a quality seen these days. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Pressure Washing and would hire the company again. My only disappointment was they did not accept credit cards, which would have been helpful to know when making the appointment. C. Juaire
