+ -1 moreVery professional - offering a variety of days for scheduling and was on time for the job! I can't say enough good things about every aspect of this company's owner and the job performance. The gables looked like they were freshly painted and the rest of the house is totally clean. I had no idea it could look this good after a 22 year old paint job!!! Edwin was flexible with me vis- a- vis the Angie's list description and I really appreciated it so very much. We are retired and on a real budget, but I would do this again in a flash and will have Edwin back another time and I will pass out the brochures and business cards I asked for to my friends and any business I have in acquaintance. Edwin, God speed and thank you very much!
Description of Work: After Hurricane Irma our whole place was a mess. The whole house and a patio and a deck needed much attention. We are a 2 story, 5 gable antique (1887) house and Edwin did a wonderful job of everything we asked.

+ -1 morein a word - WOW. Not only did he wash the sides of the house, I swear he POLISHED the Lanai pavers and porch tile and got off all the crud that seemed to be imbedded in the screens.
Description of Work: During 'cane IRMA, the sides of the house, a screened-in porch and a lanai were peppered with stuck-on leaves and mulch. Because the house is ready for market I needed a quick and thorough response.

I was impressed with their ability to synchronize the various tasks needed to complete the washing procedure quickly and with excellent results. Both were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work which is not always a quality seen these days. I would definitely recommend Sunshine Pressure Washing and would hire the company again. My only disappointment was they did not accept credit cards, which would have been helpful to know when making the appointment. C. Juaire
