Jodi was thorough taking the time to review every aspect of the home despite the fact it is brand new. Although I had just gone through a walkthrough of my brand new home with the builder, he found things that we didn’t even know to look for and the builder didn’t point out. I highly recommend that anyone purchasing a house regardless of whether it is new contact him.

Inspector Jodi Weiss came into our home without gloves or mask, even though there is a mask mandate in our county. My husband, who was wearing a mask, informed him that I had just had hip surgery. He got very annoyed when I told him he should be wearing a mask and gloves in our home. Don't feel that we were given "preferred" service by Preferred Home Inspections. Would NOT recommend.

Jodi is a pleasure to work with. He did a very complete inspection (took over 3 hours) and provided a detailed report the same evening. Based on his report, we had many repairs done to make the selling process much more seamless! Subsequent to this, we had Jodi come our to our new home three times to inspect the new home build. Jodi continues to be a great person to work with and we will have Jodi perform some "handyman" installs when we move in very soon! We highly recommend Jodi!
