This is the second time I've had D&D come and clean the driveway, walkway and sidewalk in front of the property. I called and left a message, they returned my call later that night, we made arrangements for them to show up on the following Monday afternoon.
When I arrived home later that Monday evening, the driveway was pristine.
Definitely will use them again!

The most recent time they were here they were scheduled to be here at 11:00 (as they asked for over the phone) but they showed up at the door at 9:30 when I was still asleep.  No apology or explanation for arriving much earlier than the time HE chose to be here.

I asked them to pressure wash part of the patio to get some dirt out.  Instead of doing that they told me it was too difficult to do and suggested I do it myself with a putty knife.  My previous pressure washer would have just found a way to get it done, not unload it on me.

The time before this, they were supposed to pressure wash mold and mildew off the sidewalk.  Believe it or not they left one sidewalk square undone because they said it wasn't technically on my property!  All my other sidewalk squares were clean and my neighbor's sidewalk was clean.  Only this one little sidewalk square was dirty.  It looked ridiculous.  I asked them to do this square anyway because it looked really dumb to leave it as it was.  Why did I have to tell them this?  It was just common sense.  At first they started b******* and complaining "we would have to get the hoses out again", bla, bla, bla.  But after I insisted they do it anyway, they did the square.

"Wow, the first person to ever complain for a service person showing up early. We started our day at 6:30AM and our first job was way north of you. We try to allow for problems and traffic in time estimates, luckily we had none that morning. My wife did apologize to the lady who answered the door for being early. Here is a copy of our email conversation. We worked at your house before and you wrote a bad review and you still called us back. Why? We gave you an estimate for cleaning your spiral staircase from top to bottom and the cement pad it sat on. You then wanted to add on the patio and only using chlorine and little water pressure. You made a strong point not to wash out the sand as someone had done previously by a pillar. There was no way strong chlorine would have cleaned what you wanted, it was a buildup of mold, mildew and sand along the sunken edge of the cage and between some of the pavers at spots a ¼ inch or more thick. There was no way to remove it without removing the sand you didn’t want touched. It would have been a big mess and what I suggested using a putty knife and scraping up the crud would not have made anywhere as much of a mess as pressure washing. I don’t carry putty knives. Using heavy chlorine wasn’t the solution either. We have enough experience to stop before we start a problem job. It is not our fault your patio does not drain properly. We always clean property line to property line for sidewalks, some are adamant not to go further than their line. That is what we did, we didn’t know you caused the mold on the neighbor’s sidewalk from your excessive lawn watering. Yes, we had already packed everything up but cleaned it for you. If you really thought we were so bad the first time why did you call us back? I see you changed your story from the October 2014 review to make us look bad too. [Members Name] 4/30/2015 Hi, previously we scheduled you to be here on May 19 to pressure wash a spiral staircase in the back yard. Please also plan to pressure wash the inside of the screened in patio. You will have to heavily rely on chlorine for the patio because there is a lot of loose sand between the thin pavers. This sand can easily be blown out by a high pressure spray. Please don't do that. Please use plenty of chlorine instead. Thanks. I just got this notice today 5/5/15 Doug [Members Name] 5/14/2015 By the way, I should mention.. the entire patio doesn't have to be done; only a very small portion of it (some of the edges)."

I have a large home and he was only here for 2 hours. He said he was going to come back and he never did. He ended up adding on more money since he had to do the pool. I was not impressed with him and he did a horrible job.

"We looked in our 2012 schedule book, invoice program since 2011 and your name or address does not come up anywhere in our system. Why did it take you 3 years to write a review? You must have us mixed up with someone else. Please contact us and provide proof we did this work. It is not our way of ever doing business."

I was thrilled with the results! The house looked great, and the pavers looked brand new. There was a glider outside on the patio, and they cleaned that too! What a nice surprise. I would definitely hire them again.

Dand D Pressure washing provided a correct and affordable estimate for the job. We had several additional estimates, but chose this company for their courtesy and prompt completion time. This company is a family owned business and it was well shown with the professionalism and attentiveness to detail for each task that was completed.
We would definitely recommend and use this company any time additional cleaning is needed.
