We called Trey and even though he was on vacation he took the time to answer the phone and then he walked us through a couple of things to check on our own. He also let us know that if these didn't work that he would call around and find someone that could make it out today so that it would be fixed. One of the things was to take a hair dryer out and warm up the pressure switch (gray box) and that was all that it took....it took about 2 minutes with the hairdryer. We have had work previously done by Trey and his workmanship standards (Quality) and service is second to none. I would recommend Trey to anyone out there in the area. I guess that we now just need to add more insulation around this area to stop any future recurring issues.

Trey was efficient and professional. He was running a little late for our appointment and he called to let us know, which we appreciated. When he arrived, he got right to work and assessed the various issues we needed fixed. He was also personable and down to earth, and patiently answered all the questions we had. He takes great pride in his work and is a credit to his profession. We wll most definitely call him in the future for all of or plumbing needs.

He replaced pipes under the sink that were corroded. He did an excellent job. He sealed the sink where it was leaking. I was very happy. He was exceedingly nice and pleasant. I have five dogs and he was great. I did not have to put them outside. He showed up when he said he would. He gave me an estimate before he started and the bill was $15.00 less than the estimate. I was very happy with him and he is my new plumber.

Trey arrived on time, telephoned before arriving and was professional.

My tenant complained about dripping toilets and I was worried about cost of major repairs. Trey called and said it only needed small parts replaced. Very honest of him, I live in another state and cannot oversee the work myself.

It was perfect. Trey showed up right on time (he's a one man outfit so far, just started last November). He headed under the house to cut out the old pipe and had the new one installed in no time. He asked if I wanted him to install the new toilet and I decided yes and he did a great job and got back under the house to check for leaks.
