I contacted this company through Angie'sList questioning if they could fix a cracked touchscreen on a Dell laptop. I specifically noted it was a "touchscreen"I received a reply from them stating yes, they can fix it and they just needed to see the laptop in order to get the part. I took the laptop to their Sarasota location and the receptionist stated she remembered our conversation through Angie's List. I had to wait for their head technician to return. The tech ended up saying he didn't want to do the repair so the receptionist called their main location on In Bradenton. Apparently none of the techs there wanted to do the repair either. She actually said none of their techs wanted to even touch it. She had her head tech try to see how much the whole head unit would be and I waited for him to search for the part. It took a while and he never found whatever he was looking for. Ended up just taking my laptop and leaving. If they didn't want to do the repair or couldn't do it, why specifically respond to an inquiry stating they could do it? It took 30 minutes one way to drive to their shop and spent almost 45 minutes there for them to tell me they wouldn't touch the laptop even though they stated they can fix it. What a waste of a consumer's time and gas. I will definitely tell anybody who inquires not to go to this company. If a business doesn't value the consumers time and can't do what they say they can do then they shouldn't be in a business involving customer service.

"I apologize for your inconvenience. We need to see the laptop to determine what can be done. In this case the whole head needed to be replaced. The part needed was not readily available. I hope you were able to contact the manufacture for repair as was recommended. I understand that some manufactures will repair a screen and just charge for the parts when it is still under warranty as the screen is not covered under warranty unless an extended warranted program was purchased."

It went quickly and I bought from them and included in the fee I showed was a 32 gb USB drive I bought to store my data. The receptionist was cheerful and helpful when I called. The service tech was personable and knowledgeable. Their skill set seems great, the customer service fabulous and prices more than fair. I will definitely put their phone number in my phone list and go back if I need help in the future.

They're very friendly and helpful. They seem knowledgeable. I would surely recommend them. They came out to my house once. They have a storefront shop and they're very busy there. They give classes, too. We've used them a couple of times.
