Waterscapes Pools and Spas

Both Rob our pool designer and Anthony our construction manager were great to work with , our pool was completed on time with no surprises. While our neighbors are being told excuses as to why their pool is not finished , we are swimming and enjoying our Waterscapes pool !

????? A big shout out to a GREAT Company! Thank You for being there for us !!! There are so many reasons to love our Waterscapes Pool. They have an amazing visual which allowed us to design and customize our pool. The installation was seamless and we have enjoyed our pool for nearly three years now. The true measure of any business, though, is always in the AFTER MARKET support ! Here's where Waterscapes Pool really shines ! Three days before our expected guests, we awoke to find our pool half full. Under warranty, we contacted two different warranty providers to no avail! Finally called our pool service, Clear Choice, and George came right away. It was part of the filter which he could not replace under warranty. In desperation, we call Waterscape Pools for the name of another warranty service. Waterscapes Pool did one better ! Shauna was amazing!!! She really was empathetic to our needs and together with Keith, the installer for Waterscapes they MADE IT HAPPEN!!!! Keith got the part, installed it and we were back in action!! Love you guys! ❤️❤️❤️

County rules and regulations require all pools added to houses built before a certain year have a backflow prevention device installed for the new pool to be considered up to code. They refused to install such device and refused to refund us when we had to install it ourselves after receiving a letter from the county. They also gave us verbal confirmation that they were installing a noseeum grade screen. The contract didn’t specify so we got verbal confirmation from the salesman. They did not install the noseeum grade screen and refuse to honor the verbal confirmation. Overall, we had a very negative experience with this company.
