Gave a good impression on day 1. He returned on day 2 and did additional work. By day 3 our $400 job had increased to $1300. We paid him an additional $500, He started the additional work, left at the end of the day and has never returned to finish the job. Several of our sprinkler heads are still not working. Called him several times, he promised to return but never has. Four weeks later, several areas of our lawn. where he had done work, turned brown. Contacted him. He came to our house when we werem't home. Callled us and told us we needed to replace our control box, He offered to do it for $272. He didn't do any of the work that he left undone. He offered to"paint" our lawn green "free of charge". He was aware we were waiting for him to fix the sprinklers so we could put down mulch. Because he never came back we received 2 citings from our HOA. We had our controller repaired for $150.

"We thank you for your feedback in regard to our company. In this case, the system was very old and the equipment was in major disrepair. The first part of the repair was to get the system stabilized as there were many leaks and broken heads. After the initial repair, we worked out an extremely discounted price for him out of compassion for the situation he was in with his sprinkler system. This customer left town without paying the amount of deposits required for me to do the work for him. From day one, I told him that his controller would not last very long. Do not walk, RUN away from this man! He accepted my deposit, and missed multiple dates to install. When I requested my deposit be returned, his check bounced.

"Thank you for your feedback about your experience with our company. Unfortunately, this customer canceled a service order which required expensive sprinkler heads to be procured and shipped in special order. We stopped payment on the check he is referring to. Also, this customer has excessive anger issues in which we will not respond to his threatening behavior. Although, we are still in negotiations for a refund in which is not required per our invoice. I have been in business for 34 years and this is the very first customer I have ever dealt with in such a negative and threatening manner. Peace be with him and his family."

John was very courteous and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and at an extremely satisfactory price overall. I've worked out a maintenance plan with him to check all my sprinklers for proper coverage and efficiency since they are to the most part all 20 years old now and some of my foliage is blocking some grass coverage. He knows what needs to be done and will do it at a fair price. Hire him without a second thought.

John Purse was the professional and he was outstanding. He had an issue but said this job should be no more than 1hr 15mins and it turned out longer by one hour but he said its his fault forgot a pump whilst switching vehicles so he wont charge the extra time😆. He also asked any extra questions I would like answering about my system. Great guy who was honest and after all the extra time the price was lower than I expected plus he give me 10% off for using home advisor.
