Absolutely first class. Everyone from office staff, showroom staff, fitters fantastic. Further, the selection of carpets and wood effect ceramics for floors, absolutely superb. Could not recommend more highly. Dont even think about looking elsewhere.

What an incredible experience! From the very beginning, the LG Kramer flooring team was warm, knowledgable and professional. They took the time and went the extra mile to make sure you were comfortable in this big investment, respecting any budgets or timelines that may exist and explaining every step of the process. From our showroom consultation where we explored exclusive flooring options to the final walk-through, we felt seen, heard and respected every step of the way. When you go through a big renovation project, while still living in the â reno-zoneâ , you expect some hiccups along the way but everything went VERY smoothly and we were informed throughout the duration of the project. From start to finish, the project took 5 days to complete our 1,400 sqft home and to be honest, the time flew by. Jay and John made sure we were able to stay comfortable in our home, working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Itâ s SO important to choose the right flooring company to work with. Although it can be overwhelming to find the perfect fit in such a saturated market, for an investment like this itâ s crucial to choose master-installation teams like LGK who train, take classes and know the inâ s and outâ s of this industry. Iâ ve heard horror stories about people who choose to go a cheaper route only to turn around and have to replace the flooring and start from scratch because it wasnâ t installed correctly or they had a crew turn up missing halfway through the project. All this to say, you just canâ t go wrong when working with LG Kramer Flooring! They are phenomenal people who work hard to turn your flooring dreams into a reality. LG Kramer Flooring did a wonderful job for me from start to finish and I highly recommend their services. It was a big job removing different types of existing flooring, filling some areas of the slab, grinding others to make it even, then setting and gluing the engineered hardwood. They also added new baseboards for a finished look. I'm excited about the result and feel like I'm living in a new home!

Lance & Gianna Kramer run a tight ship from beginning to end - they leave no details behind. The crew they sent to tear out and install our new LVT flooring was excellent. Hard working, professional and detail oriented.

I was impressed with the crew that they sent over to the house. Six professional men showed up and worked all day on my house and their attention to detail was impressive. We recently took on a whole house remodel and Kramer Flooring helped us with several projects; luxury vinyl flooring throughout, guest bathroom redo and kitchen tile backsplash. They were very accommodating to our schedules, great with communication and had a team of professionals deliver ahead of schedule on all our projects with excellent quality work. One project was started shortly after the covid outbreak began and their staff were wearing masks at all times and used a side door to limit exposure. They also thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Both of these were extremely important to us. I appreciated their flexibility to adjust to last minute changes and felt they provided welcomed design advise. We had multiple offers on the house within a week of being on the market! We are getting ready to acquire a downsized condo and have already reached out to Lance and Gianni to take the lead on replacing the floors and kitchen redo. I highly recommend this wonderful family run business.

After our home estimate with LG Kramer Flooring, I had decided to move forward with this amazing team on our new office space. The carpet that was in there previously was very old and stained and there was no one else I was going to for a replacement. I knew that Lance and Gianna were going to provide what I needed to make my business professional and they went above and beyond for the entire process!
