Ken Brite Pool Service

I've had them for my regular weekly/monthly pool cleaning service for the past 2 years. The previous homeowner at my house had had them before me and recommended them so I kept them. Their tech is always on time and courteous. If I ever had an issue with my pool or their service, as soon as I called Ken Flammia, the owner, he fixed the problem. They are pleasant to work with and reliable. Hardly ever is their tech late or doesn't show up. I know what day of the week it is when I hear them coming into my lanai for their weekly pool cleaning. Their service is like clockwork. My pool has always been clean and stayed clean. If something needed to be fixed, the tech or Ken would let me know immediately and tell me the cost of its repair. Even though, he knew I had a home owners' warranty contract with a company and most of the repairs over my deductible amount I wouldn't have him fix it, still he would let me know how much it would be if he were to fix it. I had him do the rare repairs that were below my deductible amount with my HO warranty. His rate is exactly what is customary in the area. Some may charge $5 less but I've seen those neighbors' pools right after they've been so-called "cleaned" and they are never as clean and sparkly as mine! I would use them in the future and would definitely recommend them to others, especially the snowbirds who aren't going to be here all year around. This guy runs a very honest and good business and wouldn't let your pool go without regular service whether you are home or not!
