Gene was very good at showing me properties that interested me. He did his homework in finding properties that matched my criteria, and introduced me to different areas that I had not considered.
He was always punctual, was friendly and easy to talk to, and went out of his way to do the very best to get the seller to lower the price to the price I could afford once I decided on a property. I would not have my house today if he had not worked so diligently to get the house down to my price. From what I could see, he negotiated well with the sellers, pointing out things that would make the sale go in my favor.
I would recommed him very highly, and would certainly use him again.
