+ -1 moreThis mortgage brokerage has consistently proven itself to be diligent and professional. A few years ago they helped me secure a good rate on a second home without a hitch. More recently, they stuck with me through several unsuccessful attempts to purchase short sales and foreclosures. Despite getting very far into the process on two contracts which ultimately fell through, the staff remained extremely helpful and attentive, and ultimately helped me close on my new primary residence.
Description of Work: Helped secure competitive mortgages on a second home and a new primary residence with basic documentation, no hassles, and reasonable fees.
