Blue Water Pools Of Manatee

Apparently the original owners of this Company whom I did like, sold it to the current owners now calling it Vernon Blue Water Pools. We the customers were NEVER told about the sale or the changes. They are not full service and as I was away for several months I depended on them taking care of the pool as the previous owners did. However they only "clean" pools with people that do not know what they are doing. Although they write on the sheet they leave after coming that they  brushed walls, vacuumed, tested water, cleaned filter, backwashed pool etc they never did everything. When I came home my pool was dirty. There was sediment in the bottom of the spa. When I opened the filter it was black and the center  was broken off. When I previously asked them to come see about my salt cell and pool heater that was not working they sent another company out. This is when I learned that they are NOT a full service company but just have some guys they send to clean the pools. They subcontract everything else and that is not what I want or need. I was misled by them and though I thought it was them that would do everything I needed. I did not want strange people coming in and out of my yard that I do not know.

They have been awesome. They have gone out of their way to be helpful. I can take a picture of what is happening with my pool and they will try to diagnose my problem. They were very kind and took their time to explain things to me. Their charges were very fair and they were prompt. I can call them and they will tell me what to do. They are very personable and will ask about my family. I use them all the time.
