Our original plan was to simply re-grout the existing tile. Once Brian began the work, he discovered that the old grout had leaked and the plaster board behind the tile had fallen away. He recommended that we replace the existing tile and the plasterboard with a better, waterproof concrete board and new tile. Brian helped us select the new tile and offered suggestions to finish the shower correctly to prevent future problems. Brian took his time and did a very complete job removing the existing tile and plasterboard, installing the new concreteboard and new tile, and sealing the grout when completed. Brian was easy to work with and offered his suggestions on how we could best accomplish our objective to redo our shower with a premanent fix. It looks great and the price was reasonable. Brian was easy to work with during the job.
