In July of 2018 I was actually seen at Lakeland Regional Medical Center for a colonoscopy after being admitted in the emergency room. The doctor who saw me works at Watson Clinic and therefore have been billed through them as well as Lakeland Regional. As a military veteran I am fortunate enough to have 100% disability, so naturally when LRMC requested my insurance information I gave them my primary which was VA and my secondary which was Tricare. The billing dept at LRMC and Watson Clinic both decided to bill the more convenient provider which is Tricare, and left me with the remainder. I received the bill from LRMC that same year and after explaining their "mishap" the bill was forgiven. I received the bill from Watson clinic for the visit at LRMC due to the fact that their doctors Dr. Eve Roman and Dr. Scott Kelley both work at Watson Clinic. I didnt receive their bill until after the calander year in May 2019 almost one year after the visit. I explained how my primary was NEVER billed and I should not owe them the $71.88 they were requesting. I explained this to 3-4 different billing professionals and requested to speak to the billing manager each time. The billing managers Tracy, Cassie, and Tammy were all contacted but never responded. I did a formal dispute, which was ignored. I have contacted their patient advocate, and was ignored. Now I have received a letter that they will be sending my bill to collections if it is not paid in 30 days, Instead of billing the proper insurance companies. This company and the Doctors that work there do not CARE about their patients or the proper and LEGAL way of doing things. I am a Veteran, and even though I believe everyone deserves respect, I'm surprised at the lack of respect they show the humans that fought for their freedom.

When my previous physician was unavailable, my doctor's office recommended Dr. Patrick, in the Sun City Center office of the Watson Clinic.
Dr. Patrick and his staff were kind, compassionate and reassuring.  I did not have to wait long for an appointment.  Dr. Patrick performed biopsies and I was informed of their results as I had been told I would.  The biopsies were painless and I was told how to care for the areas while they healed.
I won't hesitate to return annually for further checkups.

Although my records are on file with Watson Clinic, I had to fill out the paperwork all over again.  I had to sit for awhile although I was the second person in the waiting room when I arrived.  When called back, the usual services were provided such as temperature, verification of information, reason, going over prescriptions.  It didn't take long for the doctor to come into the room and perform the usual checking of the nose, ears, eyes and throat.  He gave me my diagnosis and sent over a prescription to my pharmacist.

He only came in for like two seconds and he herded in like cattle. That’s why my husband didn’t want to go back to him. His office environment was nice.

The doctor didn't listen to my symptoms at all (food allergy with anaphylaxis). He tested me for pollen and environmental allergies instead which was a huge waste of time. The 10 or 12 food items he did test me for I told him I already knew I was not allergic to (eff, tomato, peanuts...). I went specifically with the intent of trying to find the spice or preservative I may be allergic to and to request an epi pen prescription as my previous one had expired. He refused to write the prescription and said I couldn't have an allergy to food because I didn't react to the common ones. He also instructed me to call to make an appointment if I have another reaction...as though I could wait to see him while going to in anaphylactic shock??

This Doctor that I went to see is in the Watson Clinic. He is a plastic surgeon. His name is Dr. Patel. He is in Lakeland and in Watson Clinic. He is working on my health insurance from next year. That is Dr. Pranay Patel. I don't know much about him. He removed another one in my ear. I normally go to another doctor for dermatology. He does the easy surgeries. He always refers me to Dr. PranayPatel for complicated items. Dr. Patel is very professional. I've got to give him an 'A'. I don't know how he does it, how he figures out how to do that. For availability at his office, I don't have any trouble. The office environment is great. The communication is very good. One thing I like about him is, the last I saw him was in 2011, he doesn't remember me at all but before he came in he looked up the previous interactions I had with him, and for example he checked out my ear that he did in 2011, he checked it and that's good, the preparations before we met. A lot of them don't do that. As far as the effectiveness of treatment is concerned, so far, so good. I still have problems with the billing and administration and that's not his fault. They are definitely giving me a hard time with the insurance. He is going to do another procedure.

No complaints. The doctor examined my hand and arm very briefly and gave me a referral to a neurologist. The neurologist was able to identify the problem. Long story short, I required surgery on my arm to relocate two nerves. I now have about 80% use of the hand.

The important part of the visit was their handling of a problem. They emailed a prescription to the Walgreens on Florida Ave and Highlands in Lakeland. When I got there, about 15 minutes away from the clinic the pharmacist couldn't find the prescription. I went home and called Walgreens hoping by then they would have the prescription. The automated system informed me I had no prescription and then hung up on me after I pushed a number to talk with a person.
Frustrated I called the clinic and got transferred to voicemail and had to leave a message. The nurse at the clinic promptly called me back however to let me know she would contact Walgreens and then called me back again to say she had personally spoken with the pharmacist and that the prescription was filled and ready to go. Follow through. She didn't stop until she was satified that the problem was taken care of. And it was. Good service.

After reviewing my daughter's symptoms, CT scan results, and examining her, it was decided that the best course of treatment was a balloon sinuplasty and turbinate ablation. It was 2-1/2 weeks before there was an in-office surgery opening, but this did not seem an unreasonable amount of time to wait since it was a chronic problem she was having and not an emergency. The procedures went smoothly. Everyone in the office was friendly and explained everything that was being done. Dr. Lakahni has an excellent bedside manner and always answers out questions thoroughly. We won't hesitate to use his services again in the future.

Dr. Shenkman and his staff were wonderful to deal with during the time period that my daughter was receiving surgical care for a fractured wrist and ankle. He always answered our questions thoroughly and explained the treatment plans in terms we all could understand. There were no complications from her surgery, and she has full use of both extremities after treatment. We were very happy with the care received.

I am very happy with the level of service I received from Dr. Earl and her staff. Dr. Earl spent a reasonable amount of time going over my lab work and exam findings with me and did not make me feel rushed in any way when I had questions. I have been a patient of hers for over 7 years and have no plans to leave her practice. She is a wonderful doctor and has an excellent bedside manner.

lThe lab had just started a new numbers system that worked very well. They call your number to check in and then call it to the lab. Everything went very smoothly without a long wait. The 2 visits I have had with Dr Kong have also gone well. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

One thing that the nurse did do,, and which I totally did not expect, was to give me a free flu shot. That was a very helpful thing, I thought. The last time, I went to see Dr. Rivera he asked me to get a blood test, but did not say one word about fasting beforehand. I went for the shot, but was refused. I felt that was a big mistake on the Dr.'s part.

That mistake was costly for me. I had no way to come back for the test for another 6 months.

As I also said, I think the Nasonex was a mistake. I do not plan on buying it ever again. AND, I don't think I need the services

of a psychiatrist. Dr. Ivan Rivera is one doctor I am not very pleased with.

Other doctors at Watson Clinic, I am fine with, i.e. Dr. Thmas Oates and Dr. Galina Shistik.

I would review Watson Clinic with a B.

Having several problems and on alot of meds from my Michigan Dr. First thing he did is throw away all my med except for 2 he said "What are they doing to you?" . In 1 week I feel like a different person. I have been in misery for 3 years and have not been able to sleep for more than an hour each night, now in 1 week I can sleep.  Unbelieveable, I thought my Dr. was good, but this man is amazing.
