Upcharged for completely unnecessary additional work - said I required a "deep cleaning". When I questioned why, I was told that only less than 2% of the entire population have teeth healthy enough to have basic cleanings. When I said I didn't want the deep cleaning, just the basic service, Dr. Walden arrogantly said he did not go to school and build his practice to have some patient tell him what he was going to do. And here I thought they were MY teeth.

They are all computerized and very efficient. You walk in and they have all your records on the computer. They are very professional and seem to have good recommendations. Whatever they have recommended, I have tried it and it seems to have worked. They are very friendly, open, and I have never had to wait.. They spend plenty of time with you so that you don't feel rushed.

The office is like a tooth factory. You are not a real person when you go there. The dental assistants are ok. Other than that, there is no welcome or warmth to this office. Even though the equipment is new and shiny, it doesn't hide the fact that the dentist there is just looking at dollar signs. I have never been to an office like this and do not ever want to go to one like this again. Dr. Walding, please be more sympathetic to your patient's comfort. If someone is feeling uncomfortable, make a genuine effort to do something about it. Not keep going because you want to get to your next patients so you can bill them. I have never had an issue at a dentist's office until going here.
