Terrific. Easy Internet ordering, quick follow-up via email, confirmed my appointment and suggested a site to read prior to installation. Called on the morning of scheduled installation to let me know he was on his way, and arrived about ten minutes later. Was friendly, professional, and fast. TV picture is outstanding. Highly recommend.
