Ultimate Construction by Carlos Nieves LLC offers an experienced crew with over 15 years experience in New Construction and Remodling for Residential and Commercial. We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Have years of experience working for top high-end builders in Polk County. We are a family owned and operated buisness and take great pride in the services we provide. The buisness we have received through out the past 15 years has been through recommendations made by previous clients. We are looking to expand our buisness and provide these services to an even larger population. Billing Procedure: Call us for a free estimate! We will provide you with a detailed estimate and if you decide to go with our company we will collect 60% up front to begin the job and the remaining 40% upon completion. We do accept credit cards: Visa and Mastercard, certified checks, and cash. Special Promotions: Let us know you saw us on Angie's List and receive a $50 off your total invoice. Seniors, 60 years and older receive an additional $50 off your invoice. References available upon request.
