If you have a project pending, make yourself a favor and allow True Builders to compete for your business. You won't be disappointed. True Builders went above and beyond expectations with superb customer service and the creation of a dream shower and new floors for the master bath and master bedroom. True Builders are true professionals and gentlemen. Everybody that worked in this project was courteous, cordial and a master craftsman. Mike Mille, the project manager, was beyond wonderful. Project finished on budget and on schedule. All of our needs were met and surpassed. We are beyond fully satisfied with the work performed. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

They did not pull any permits. My house is red tagged. Nobody can do any work there. They were fined by the county. My house is still red tagged and I have to hire a new Contractor.

I called five 24/7 companies after I found a bad plumbing leak at 5 AM in my house. True Builders was only one that I could talk with people at 5 AM, all others with an answer machine. They arrived quickly and showed real profession works, so the flood didn?t cause major damage for entire house. They treated the issue quickly and seriously, they took care every thing with the insurance.
I recently had new look master bedroom, office, pool bath, and living room as if nothing had ever happened. The wood floor looks beautiful! I would like to thank Issac , Aron and every one in their team, they are very nice and a pleasure to work with.
They did a great job! And I was glad the insurance covered all cost. I would highly recommend the True Builders to
my friends.

"This home owner has completely made up this entire story. She actually wrote a bad check to us. We had to hand it over our attorney. She called the insurance with her complaints so they sent out an inspector. The inspector said that everything was 100% and the insurance sent us the final check in full for our work. She had us do several upgrades and didn't pay us for them. She also wrote a bad check to the plumbing company. She believes if she complains to people that we wont charge her for the work she has done to her house. I'm very sorry that things have came to this with her. I'm hoping that this gets resolved and are name remains good past this untrue review. Thank you"

Laid a bamboo wood floor and there are wood heads showing through it, and it is warped as well. They stained my patio and cement plus left garbage all over it. They poured cement to even out the floors on my second level-they are not level whatsoever. They dented/scratched the walls and just tried to paint over them. They loosened my banister from my stairs-tried to tighten it and broke both screws. I'm having someone else come in and fix the problems they have caused. They charged me for things that I didn't even purchase and were never installed in my home. Called me names and even my son as well. Horrible, horrible job and you should steer clear of this organization.

"This home owner has put a bunch of very untrue statements. The work done to house was completed and done right. She actually called her insurance company back out to her home to do a re inspect. They said the work was completed and looked great. They actually paid us directly for the remaining balance. She gave us a bad check that we have to turn over to the authorities. She had a bunch of extra work done that she didn't want to pay for, so she wrote bad checks. This review is not at all correct. Its a home owner that refuses to pay for additional work that was done to her home. We have proof of bad checks and insurance final payments if needed. Thank you for not just posting a review but looking into the facts."
