It came out beautiful. The men arrived at 8am and were finished at 3:30pm, the same day. No mess. Everything was wonderful. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The owner Lee and his brother were promptly at my house for the preliminary survey and installations and were courteous and professional during their work. My wife had just cleaned the house, both Lee and his brother cheerfully wore booties! They spent a lot of time laying down samples and patiently waited for our approval on colors. All grouted areas were perfectly done and they left four bottles of touch up paint if and when it was needed. The most striking completed area was the master bathroom. Before the Groutsmith treatment your eye was drawn to the grout lines in the master bathroom. After treatment you only saw the beautiful tile! The bathroom floor looked like it did in 1999, when the house was built.

It went very well, they stayed on the job and finished the same day.  They also resealed around some of the shower door  with clear sealer which I don't think they had to do.  Everything they did looks fabulous!

They were prompt and did the work as agreed. They showed an interest in me being satisfied with their work. Very efficient and done quickly and left no mess left behind.

The job went very well, I would say perfect.  Both Mark and Lee arrived on time (Mark is an early bird) and got right to work.  They worked very hard and spoke with me every step of the way, explaining how each phase of the job would be handled.  They made sure that I was happy with the colors of grout that I had chosen by showing  me samples of each shade on the actual tiles before proceeding with the job, which consisted of cleaning the tiles and grout, repairing areas of grout which were damaged, and color sealing the grout.  The floors like brand new and we could not be happier with them.  The shower floor had to be totally re-grouted and it looks beautiful.  The shower wall tiles were re-grouted and color sealed, so the shower now looks the way it is supposed to look,  just lovely and perfect.    I will recommend Groutsmith of Polk County to my neighbors...it seems we are always talking about grout around here.  Florida seems to be the land of tile and grout.

Groutsmith did an excellent job. He came on time and was professional and pleasant at all times. The work was done by hand - not just a big steam cleaner - and the grout was restrained beautifully. It looks like I had a new floor done. I would definitely hire them again.

Lee and Mark arrived on time. They were efficient, professional, and courteous, They were also helpful in assisting us move some larger pieces of furniture. They also made a point to ensure that we were pleased with the work and we absolutely are!

Absolutely an outstanding job done by both workers. They were meticulous with every detail. Best work ethic we have seen since moving to Florida in 1979. I am very pleased with the end result. They even left touch up supplies in the event I might need them for any reason.

Lee and Mark cleaned and color sealed the grout in practically our entire house.  It was dirty and grimy and looked terrible when we moved in recently.  I now looks like new.  They did a fantastic job and went way beyond our expectations.  They were prompt and worked very hard to accomplish the job in as short a time span as possible.  We enjoyed having them in our home and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing tile or grout work done.
