All installed quickly and solidly. The installer had all the needed parts with him.

It was an excellent experience. I reached Jim Heal on the first call. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Very personable and neat.

He took the details of our request very carefully over the phone, provided an accurate estimate, arrived on time and performed the installations efficiently. We are very satisfied with the installed grab bars. We feel that the safety of our shower and bath have been significantly improved. 

Called # on Angie's list.  Provider answered the phone.  Explained situation to him.  He asked questions re. size of bathroom, location of faucets in relation to toilet and sink / dimensions of tub / type of walls / flooring / size bars needed, etc.  He gave quote for materials and labor.  Stated was available that same day or next day.  We requested same day.  He gave approximate time between 1 pm and 2 pm and arrived prior to 2 pm., bringing the equipment and his tools.  He was here less then an hour.  When he left he had cleaned up any results of drilling, etc.  He took boxes with him.  The 2 bars are placed exactly as my husband wanted and are very securely fastened.  He was friendly and we would be glad to do business with him again if needed.

Appointment made over the phone and was very pleased with the deal we agreed upon.  However, when the installer came, later than the scheduled time,  he didn't seem to be aware of the arrangement that we had made over the phone.
It seemed that the people at Grab Bar Doctor farmed out the job to an outside installer.
We weren't  happy  at all with the result.

Jim knew exactly where the bars needed to go.  He was able to see how my mother walked through the house grabbing on to doors, knobs, and walls.
He also knew exactly how to install them in different locations with the proper fasteners.  Installation was perfect!
My mom returned home while the bars were being installed, and she became very agitated, but Jim handled it amazingly well; better than I did.
All showers and tubs, regardless of occupants age, should have proper grab bars installed!

Mr. Heal arrived on time, he was very professional. Performed his work in a timely manner. Price was reasonable.

He installed it because it is more safe for people to have something to hold on to. He was early. He was very responsive to my questions. He came here the day after I called him. He came ready with all the equipment he needed. I didn't have to go out and buy anything. He brought his own materials. We didn't have to give him any kind of guidance. He knew exactly what to do. It was obvious that he had experience. He was really helpful.
