The Brickyard handled everything smoothly and professionally. Itemized costs were clearly defined and explained prior to work beginning. When the project needed some changes, my options were explained in detail, and the cost of each option was made very clear. The installation team took care to ensure not only a professional result, but they made sure I was happy with each step before proceeding. The workers were great and did a wonderful job with the installation. However, the company gave us the wrong pavers, they took much longer than they should have to complete the job, and they forgot to add the cost of sealing the pavers into the contract. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but it would have resulted in a 600-dollar increase to the final cost. Additionally, they said that it would take another two to three months if we decided to reorder the pavers. Furthermore, they will not guarantee the patio since my husband decided to seal it himself instead of allowing them to do the work. Ultimately, we ended up with a product that we didn't want with several delays along the way.

"Unfortunately Paver sealing is never a part of the Installation contract as described on Contract addendum that is signed by the customer. We have no control of Manufacturing of pavers and lead time to get pavers from the manufacturers. We also have no control of weather when that plays a factor in the installation process. We take great pride in being as transparent as possible from the initial quote to the completion of the project. There are always things we have no control of and this is one of those instances."
