The laborers were fantastic. Sadly, I'm sure they're getting screwed by the owner more than we did. The owner, Ron, is a bully, a liar, and a thief. He'll steer you toward a particular company's product, and then he'll stick you with it when it's not what you ordered. We had to pay someone else $1,600 to finish the work and got stuck with the full cost of our original contract--$18,000--as well, and the bricks are still the wrong ones.
When he's trying to sell a job to you, he'll show you hard copies of positive testimonials. I have to wonder if they're from friends or faked or really old. He'll also tell you he has a perfect record with the BBB, but it turns out he's not even registered with the BBB. We should have looked at Angie's list and seen the other negative review!

Overall I would not use there company again. I do not blame the employees I blame the leadership.

I was a repeat customer, had paid $6,000 + for my job and was told basically that my repair job was a low priority and not a money maker for them. I called twice to set up an appointment and estimate. I never received a call back to set up an initial appointment. This is poor customer relations. We were thinking of having our driveway done in pavers next year, but not with this company now. Once Brickyard grabs your money for the big project forget any follow-up service - you're not worth it to them!
