I give them all A+!!!!

4 years later, I'm coming back to say this was an absolute waste of nearly $10K. Quite simply, their sales person overstated the benefits and warranties and dropped the ball underdelivering on the majority of it. The only service 4 years later I can speak highly of is their pest service. The insulation was promised to help with heating/cooling costs as well as provide a barrier for pests. The exclusion/extraction service that comes along with it, to keep out rodents but also remove and deodorize the existing attic/insulation was poor at best (found old pink insulation littered with rodent droppings everywhere), rodents were still (and are still getting in). The "Total Protection Policy" is as worthless as the paper they print it on. We had 3 technicians out, all identified damage as termite damage with termite frass present; none of the damage covered. The sales person sold it as "any damage, and we fix it", should have been "any (disclaimer: any means nearly none) damage, and we'll find a reason we don't". We've talked to regional directors, technicians, and corporate - not a single customer service action taken. No apologies, no repairs. I share this experience because I continue to be disgusted each time I go into the attic, every time I hear something move within a wall, every time I walk past a wasps nest hours after service has been performed. I share this experience because I think it's important others understand what they are getting into prior to spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars like we did. I do plan on sharing this review through all of social media, as many review sites that I can find for Terminix, and the BBB. If Terminix steps up to the plate, does the right corporate thing and remedy the situation - I'll remove this post or update it. Until then, I'll keep sharing my story to help others.

They did one spray for the house and it was way too pricey to do multiple spray through the year. It was a good company just overpriced. They were good, they did what they were supposed to. They were not as accurate on the appointments or getting back to me as quickly as possible. I would use them again for recommendations and professional recommendations as well.

Representative was knowledge and pleasant. Had a little bit of an ant problem in the kitchen, all of which have been eliminated.

My wife doesn't want to change. They're always messing up the billing. I wouldn't use them again, but my wife deals with them and she's not ready to change yet.

They've been fairly good.

I know people who pay a lot more, but it is because I have been with them for so long. They kill them, so the quality is good. They come when they say they are going to come. It takes about 30 minutes to go around the house in doors and everything. Searching for signs of termites are fairly easy to spot they leave these mud tunnels that they use to climb up into the house. My experience has always been good.

The services I ordered went very well. The treatments were done on separate days by different people. Both employees made contact prior to the appointments and showed up on time and were both very professional.

I had account with Gator, bought out by Terminex. So I have been a customer for 30 years. (And have experienced 4 fumigations over the years, so I have some experience). I am not renewing. A recent fumigation was extremely poor in planning and execution. They were (and continue to be) poor communicators, disorganized, cared nothing for the customer with respect to the communication, inconvenience, expense involved in the fumigation process. And best of all same day as the tent came off we see live rats in the attic (supposed to be nuked, if they were there), black ants in the house within days, no browning of peripheral vegetation (even plants that were within the confines of the tent. Those are usually scorched brown). All clear signs of an ineffective treatment. So probably have termites and have to do this again, oh joy. Communicated to supervisor and branch manager within days. Nothing. About a month later supervisor calls me about property damage (which I fixed, did not complain about), I send him the message again that spells out the concern of non efficacious termite treatment. No call back. So here I am. Over these 30 years they have aggravated me by setting appointments without consulting me. Strange non-consumer centric, but I shrugged & lived with it. And I have not even told the story about the circus of the tenting and treatment. Although I liked the on-hand crew, the planning & execution was terrible, and caused both me and my tenant an extra day in a hotel. Lost 2 days of work keeping them on track. I have historically managed crews on multiple sites, and have a pesticide applicators license. So I know there are challenges, and solutions. I don’t **** off easy, but they managed to do it royally. And, they are part of Servicemaster, whose website has no link for consumer comments about service (irony font) and the online chat people have no knowledge of where to send comments either (so I suppose problems don’t exist when dealing with customers

It hasn't gone up much in the 10 years we've had them. So like $389 at the time and now maybe $420.  All along, they’ve been an A. They are usually out the next day. I have absolutely no complaints with them so I'd give them an A. Because like I said, if they tell me they are going to be here between 8 and 10, my guy is at the doorstep within that span. It’s reliable and it’s good. The people that come in are...they take the time to talk to you to find out what the issue is and they are very concerned about the circumstances under which they are spraying. I have young children so they are always particularly careful with what they put down and where they put it to make sure there are no issues involving the children. Things of that nature. They’ll find alternate ways. They are just very, very conscientious in the work that they do. We’ve been very lucky with the representatives that have come out here and they just do a fine job. They are professional and punctual.

They are wonderful. No matter what happens, I just call them and they come in.

They are okay. You pay like a subscription. I think they are a little expensive. Their responsiveness is fine. They are punctual and their professionalism seems fine.

Had them out to spray for general ants and bugs.  I have no problem with the bug man.  He was very good.
I wish I had check Angies first however instead of taking my neighbors word for it.  The pest control was great but the termite and rate proofing were awful.  They came out all on one day and told us we had dry wood termites and would have to spray the attic right away and set up a tenting for three weeks out because we had company.  They came late in the date and sprayed the attic and charged us $200.  We had another company come out and check for the same thing and they said dry wood termites would have been here as long as 5 years and there was no reason to charge us the $200 emergency visit.  They also told us to not tent as the termites could show up the next day after tenting.  We agreed to change to them for 1/3 of the price and signed a yearly with them just as we had to do with Terminix.  Best decision.  Neighbors down the street were charged 3 times our price for a smaller house.  I think Termini preys on the elderly.  The rat proofing was not complete and when I questioned the tech he asked me if I was "questioning his work" and said he would come back to complete.  No one ever called or came back and I sent emails and spoke with the main office.  I would never recommend this company.  I took back two of the three charges on my credit card and only just heard back from the "new" manager two weeks ago.  They were to get back with me to resolve and to take care of the
rat proofing and traps they set in attic.  No calls yet.  Wow, hard to believe there are still in business.
