He is a very nice man. His price is very cheap. His quality is not so good. We have had to do a lot of stuff touching up. He didn't sand. He just painted over everything. He didn't seep anything. So there was paints on door knobs and hinges. It was very messy. My partner and I have spent hours and hours. We had to sand and then we had to touch up and fill in. This is an old house. He just painted over 25 layers of paint and we had to then strip that off and repaint. It was not good. The others that we got bids from were about double that. So, our original thought was, "Well, for half the price could we do this little extra work?" It seemed that way in the beginning but then we were kind of disgusted with it after a while and said, "Oh man. I paid for this. I just want it done." He was 70 years old or something. It was a pleasure working with him except that it wasn't so great at the end.
