THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE OWNER WORKED WITH US AND MADE A MISTAKE ON THE COLOR OF CARPET. HE IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED AND OFFERED ANYTHING TO RESOLVE THE MATTER WITH NO QUESTION. THE QUALITY OF THE INSTALLATION WAS VERY GOOD AND THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WERE VERY COOPERATIVE AS WELL.
