Santiago and his team did a fantastic job. His power-washing, taping, and prep work was thorough; providing the best foundation for a good paint job. Lines were straight, and areas that were taped off remained clean throughout. He was responsive, timely, showed up when scheduled, and finished the job within a tight window I had for a subsequent awning installation on the back of my home. He fixed small punch list items before being asked, so his attention to detail was very good. His team was responsible and respectful of me and my home. I was impressed with the quality of his work, so I extended my scope of work to include soffits, facia, and gutters that were not part of my original request for the body, trim, and doors. He painted my neighbor’s home earlier this year, so he was recommended to me. Santiago provided a good price for a quality job. I highly recommend him for painting.
