SOUTHERN GRANITE & MARBLE

This was the BIGGEST MISTAKE we could have ever done by having this company come in and install countertops. They damage property, don't attach the countertop to the cabinets and trying to get them to fix all of their mistakes is even hard. They don't like to communicate with their customers. If you don't keep trying to contact them for answers you will never hear from them. They won't contact you. ***FIND A DIFFERENT COUNTERTOP COMPANY DON'T USE THIS ONE***

Crew arrived slightly later than expected, but still within stated window, installed new granite countertops and undermount sinks in 3 bathrooms.  One of the granite pieces cracked during the installation process, but they brought back a new piece the next day that was flawless to replace it.

Southern granite was recommended to us by a contractor that we're considering having re-do our master bath. We stopped by on Saturday morning, just to check the place out, and walked out having purchased granite for our kitchen! Teresa is AMAZING. She absolutely knows her stuff on granite and doesn't throw out a lot of B.S. or try to up-sell you on anything. She called me a day later and said, and quot;hey if you're ready for install, I'm ready to install, why wait for the contractor to have time?and quot; I said absolutely let's do this! She had one of her guys out the next morning to take measurements and I had gorgeous granite countertops installed 3 days later. My husband taught himself how to install the faucet on the new sink and we completely bypassed the cost of needing a contractor for anything thanks to Teresa and her motivation to satisfy us. I had told her that we just purchased this home and we were getting very frustrated with how long it was taking to manage to finish any projects prior to us moving in - she really listened and understood where I was coming from which motivated her to get us our countertops ASAP and finally allow me to have 1 finished project in my house before I moved in! I can't even tell you how pleased I am with the experience. All the men that showed up for install were polite and professional, kept my husband apprised of what they were doing and how long the install would take. It's been 2 weeks and I am still finding myself standing in the kitchen staring at my gorgeous granite!! THANK YOU TERESA!

I've told everyone about how wonderful they were. I even called them this week, which was two years later, and she remembered me and my family. It felt like I was calling a friend, and it was really nice.
