|These guys were efficient, polite, clean, humble, knowledgable, generous.
|They came back the next day and installed a new condensate pump per my husband's request and cleaned out the line for free.
|We love family owned companies with low-overhead! It's the way to go when the company is reputable and been in business for a long time like this business.

I would not recommend this company. The company came out in September rebuilt a fan then told me they were going to check over my system and "tune it up." Obviously, they didn't do a great job in looking at the system because 3 months later they came back and told me that the system was "rusted completely out" and the Freon leaked out. They charged me approximately 650 for the fix, then 3 months later, amazingly enough the system went down again. Needless to say I went with a different company for the repair this time. The new repair man said that the system was rusted and Freon leaked out.
I do have to say that they are professional and courteous on the phone. They are quick to respond, and very polite, but we decided that we did not trust them to come back and complete the repair again.
