We are preparing the house to sell. The ladies arrived late, but said they had a tire blowout on I-4. When they worked they were thorough,friendly and energetic. Because they didn't finish I invited them to return next week. They had some good suggestions about furniture arrangement.

The one time service was performed to my satisfaction. I have hired the work to be done on a EOW basis. They worked constantly and thoroughly. They were also friendly and courteous. I guess I'm a hard grader I gave 4.5 stars because nobody is perfect.

Live out of state and needed my Lakeland home cleaned in preparation for sale. After initial conversation with owner I decided S.A.M was the best choice for the project. Thorough and professional cleaning of entire residence--even behind refrigerator! Prompt return of my phone calls; friendly and courteous customer service. Referred services for carpet cleaning.

They are so good, they're coming back on Monday to clean again. I would recommend them to anyone. On time, worked constantly, friendly, and even had some great suggestions about what we could to keep the house in better shape. They are great!!!

Did the initial deep clean yesterday. Came late but did a great job. Missed a couple of little things but overall very satisfied.

S.A.M. Cleaning Service was slow, inefficient, failed to follow information and instruction provided. Missed many things some of which should have been done in the initial or in depth cleaning I paid for. I would not recomment this service.

She was very professional and respectful of my person and property. My husband was here while she worked and he was pleased how she did her work and let him do his work without her wanting to talk the whole time like others have. We were pleased with the work she did and would use her again.

They were late and I was annoyed but after they arrived they did such a good job and hard working, I forgot all about them being late. The cost was most reasonable. They came 2 days and the first was extremely fine the second was very good but a bit too fixated on one thing. I will be having them at least 2 more times, unsure about the "monthly" plan as yet. I would give 4&1/2 stars.
