We needed our air conditioning system serviced and checked out. They serviced the air conditioning system, added some freon and replaced a small part. However, just a couple of days the system started acting up with a different problem. They promptly returned performed repairs at no additional charge and everything is fine now.

First, they attempted to repair the existing coils as a bandaide treatment. My wife was undergoing surgery and we needed to get through this patch. They were not able to do so. They quoted us for a new unit which was the lowest of other competitors. They did not charge us for the service call. Unlike our previous a/c folks who we have used for five years were not giving much flexibility and nickle and diming on service calls. None of the others were willing to evaluate the coils for a repair. The others were looking for the big payday. ARC evaluated which was the best system for our needs and which would be easiast to repair in the future due to access considerations. They were honest and genuine in their approach. It was refreshing to find such honest business professionals that did not try to take advantage of the situation. They were able to install the unit prior to my wife's surgery. I would highly reccommend them and use ARC in the future.

Everything went great. Ally came out when I had time available and was done quickly. They were polite and professional. I have used this company for since 1999 and they are excellent. Very honest and alway willing to come out for an emergency

I have used them for about 15 years or more. They are very nice people and very prompt in their response as well as reasonable in their costs. They are always polite and professional. If they come out and do something minor, they do not charge me. One night they came out to look at A/C and worked until 10pm to get it working because it was so stuffy in my bedroom. They are very thorough with their work and I would highly recommend them.
