We came in and spent $17,000 purchased all of our flooring from Johnny at Ronnie's carpets. We were told that we would be kept abreast of all updates to the flooring that Johnny would come out and personally monitor and make sure that we got what we wanted which was a diamond checkerboard pattern in our master bathroom. This was the one thing that I wanted in my dream home the one thing that I splurged on. Johnny did not help us identify the flooring at all just basically was like "figure it out" which we did. He told us he would let us know when the flooring was in but instead we did not hear from him for 6 months then I walk into the master bathroom a few days later and find that not only is the tile laid down in a flag pattern not the diamond shape we wanted but it was also fully glued down with several issues with layout in q checkerboard pattern which was absolutely horrendous. We called and asked why we weren't kept informed about the delivery of the flooring as promised, why we never discussed the layout of the floors given it was a more intricate pattern? Johnny told me that it was not an intricate pattern and that it was very simple and now it's our problem. We're now paying $4000 out of pocket to correct the mistake that they made that one phone call one text or one email would have solved. We are honest and easy to deal with people. Johnny had to do no work and order to deal with us besides create calculations on how much of the less than 10 different items that we would need. They are now charging us for their mistake by requiring us to pay for more tile because all of the tile that has been glued to the floor improperly must be pulled up because it is such an eyesore (that everyone notices) and will be destroyed in the process as well as the labor to have new flooring glued down. You expect people to be honest and you expect them to do the minimum to have good customer satisfaction and they did not do the minimum. All they had to do was what they promised and a minimum of a question or mock up of what the customer was expecting. We are devastated and will continue to pursue action about their mistake unless they offer ANY level of recourse for their mistake.

Excellent, the installation of the flooring was first rate and the new baseboards look better than we could have ever imagined.

Superb. We worked with Peter, Sales Consultant. He helped us through the process of selecting the right type of hardwood, measuring for the removal and new floor, and pricing. We worked through several alternatives. Peter was very responsive in providing information to us. The crew that removed the old tile, which can be very dusty work, did a great job installing plastic to keep dust out of the areas of the house where tile was not being removed. They used vacuum equipment to minimize dust in work areas. The wood installation crew, Joe and Mike, were real craftsmen. They were neat, fast, efficient. They installed the wood using glue. After the wood was down, they installed shoe molding along the baseboard and t-molding where the new wood interfaced with tile. They cleaned up the entire area, leaving us with a new, clean hardwood floor that looks stunning. They even moved the furniture out of the work area, and moved it back in after the new wood was installed. We are extremely happy with the new wood floors. We compared prices with 2 other large flooring companies, and Ronnie's price was lower than both. Ronnie's service and installation was outstanding. We plan to install wood or carpet in the other 2 bedrooms, and will definitely use Ronnie's.
